His previous experience includes working for Northwest Distributors and Manufacturer's Representative firms.

Valentina Giovannetti-Vice President/CFO Founding Partner - Inside sales support , company communication, and commission reconciliation. Her experience includes being a Regional Sales and Training Manager for a large company outside of the consumer electronics industry.

Dee Farr-Home AV Manager Joined the company in 2004 and manages the Home AV, Custom Integration and Commercial categories. His previous experience includes working as a Manufacturer's Representative in Colorado, and in Washington was a Speakercraft Representative for their first 8 years before accepting the Russound Western Regional Sales Manager position.

Joel Dazey-Oregon/S.WA Sales Manager Joel has worked in ecommerce, web, AV, and marketing for the better part of 15 years. His work history includes Macy’s and the Art Institutes CMS/IT systems, Verizon Wireless and FIOS systems, and various web/social media projects. He began in the audio industry as a sales specialist at Circuit City in 2006. His educational background includes Cascadia Community college for IT and Audio/Video tech, University of WA (Bothell Campus) in Computer Science, and the Art Institutes for Web Design and Interactive Media
